Platforms and fixtures are produced in our own workshop. The photos below show the machining, checking and assembly steps a table goes through before it is crated for export.

From drawing to shipment
What we confirm during production
Every build is tied back to the approved drawing and the intended fixture system.
Construction and material
Platform height, working faces, reinforcement and material grade are confirmed before fabrication. Custom steel weldments require a customer drawing.
Machining and treatment
Working faces and hole grids are machined after the structure is prepared. Surface options include rust-preventive oil, blackening and plasma nitriding where specified.
Inspection and packing
Dimensions, hole layout and the agreed flatness grade are checked before accessories are matched and the order is prepared for export packing.
