This notice explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and who processes it. It covers the inquiry form, email, WhatsApp and the optional live chat.
This website is operated by Beco Hebei Hvy. Machinery Mfg. Co., Ltd., trading as BECO Welding. We are registered in Hebei Province, China, at Jiaohe Town, Botou City, Cangzhou, Hebei, China. For any question about this notice or your information, contact us at sales@becowelding.com.
The project form sends the details you enter to our Cloudflare-hosted inquiry service. The inquiry is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and an email notification is sent through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail to our sales inbox. If you email or message us directly, the relevant email or messaging provider processes that conversation. If live chat is enabled and you use it, the messages and contact details you provide are collected by Tidio, the provider that operates the chat widget.
We use email, WhatsApp and chat details only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, to fulfil an order. We do not sell your information, and we do not use the content of messages for advertising.
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores submitted inquiries in D1 and provides aggregate Web Analytics, so it processes form and technical request data for us. Alibaba Cloud DirectMail processes notification emails sent to our sales inbox. If live chat is enabled, chat messages are processed by Tidio and held in our account with that provider. WhatsApp and direct email correspondence are processed by those providers respectively.
Email, WhatsApp and chat records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Contact us if you need the retention period that applies to a specific conversation.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to sales@becowelding.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will respond.
This notice is written for the website as it currently operates. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate site usage; there is no advertising tracker on this website. If we add a service that changes what is collected, this notice will be updated before that change goes live.
