The four families and what each one does
There is also a maintenance family — anti-spatter spray, cleaning brushes and surface protection oil — which is inexpensive and prevents the most common cause of surface damage.

A kit or single items?
Start with a kit when the table is new. A kit covers clamping, squaring and connecting in sizes that already match each other and the hole system, which is the fastest route to a working station. Buying items one at a time from the beginning usually means several orders and a period where the table cannot hold the work properly.
Add single items once production settles. After a few weeks you will know which operations repeat, and that is when specific angle plates, extra stops or additional clamps are worth ordering.
How much tooling is enough
A practical starting point is enough clamps to hold the part at four to six points, plus the squaring and locating elements for the datums you use repeatedly. For a table used daily, most shops settle somewhere around twenty to forty pieces across the families. Sizing this is easier with the workpiece in front of you — tell us the largest and smallest part and we will suggest a kit.
Three things to check before ordering
- Hole system match. Accessories follow the table series. Confirm D16, D22 or D28 on both sides of the order.
- Thread type. If your table has threaded holes, the bolts have to match the thread and not just the diameter.
- Working faces. If you use the side faces as well as the top, the accessories have to suit both.
If you already own a table
Accessories can be matched to an existing table, but there is no single global standard for hole diameter and spacing, so the fit cannot be assumed. Measure the hole diameter, the spacing between hole centres and the plate thickness, or tell us the make and model, and we will confirm whether our D16, D22 or D28 range fits before you order.
